Observed the following food products to have improper/no labeling information: cooking oil in the squirt bottle, bulk salt and sugar, and prepared foods in the stainless cooler. Provide for all bulk food bins/containers to be clearly labeled with the common name of the food product contained. Provide for all prepared foods to be labeled with the date and time of preparation. Observed no thermometer to be available in the following units: upright freezer. Provide for an accurate, conspicuous thermometer, that is accurate within +/- 3°F, to be available in all units holding potentially hazardous foods. Immediate/Onsite
10  Observed the following utensil(s) to be improperly stored: scoop with the handle in the salt. Provide for all utensils to be stored in one of the following manners: 1) Clean and dry 2) In the food product with the handle up and out of the food product. Next Inspection
15  Observed the following improper non-food contact surfaces: bare wood above the top storage shelf in the storage room and bare wood / exposed drywall where the door jamb and trim had been removed from the back door.
